Frax-tional investors were able to participate in this landed development project for as low as S$50,000. There was overwhelming interest in the project and funding closed 90 mins after subscriptions were opened on the Fraxtor Platform. The project will be managed by Fraxtor Capital and is expected to be launched for sale early next year.
